Pro Base&Build

Launched in 2011, Pro Base&Build was one of the first builder gels in a bottle. It can be applied without primers or base coats and can be soaked off safely. It's unique formula with a strong keratin bond can used as a base for gel polishes to stop chipping, create the perfect structured builder base, and be used to extend length with gel sculptures or full cover (or traditional) tips.
