Delivery timescales begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

• Express Delivery normally takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
• Standard Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

If you selected Standard Delivery, don’t worry if you haven’t received tracking straight away. Tracking is normally sent the night before or on the day your order is due to be delivered.

Please allow the full delivery timeframe before getting in touch. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm the same day, Monday–Thursday, and deliveries are usually made on working days. If the expected delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us and have your order number ready.
