Membership is free and available to qualified Nail and Beauty Professionals aged 18 or over.

Please note that access to certain professional products may require specific training or additional eligibility requirements.

Please note: Welcome House Credits are a one-time introductory award and are only available once per member account, regardless of whether they are awarded automatically or manually. They cannot be claimed more than once by creating a new account, changing your email address or requesting duplicate accounts to be merged.

• Online orders: Your Welcome House Credits have already been added to your IH Members' Club account. Simply log in to your online account and select "Clubhouse" to view your House Credit balance.

• Telephone orders: If you've placed qualifying telephone orders, you will need to request for your house credits to be be added here.

Yes. Requests for eligible telephone orders must be submitted using this form by 30th November 2026. Requests received after this date will not be eligible.

There are a few reasons why your Welcome House Credits may not yet appear in your account:

• Your purchases may not have qualified for Welcome House Credits.
• Your Welcome House Credits may still be processing.
• You may not be logged into the correct IH Members' Club account.
• Your account may require a manual review or adjustment.
• You placed qualifying telephone orders but have not yet contacted the IH Team to request them.

If you believe you should have received Welcome House Credits, please contact us and we'll be happy to review your account and make any necessary adjustments if required.

Yes. To keep your Welcome House Credits, you must place a qualifying order within the applicable qualifying period:

If no qualifying order is placed within the applicable two (2) month period, your Welcome House Credits will expire.

Once you have placed a qualifying order within this period, your House Credits will remain active and continue to accumulate, provided you make at least one qualifying purchase every four (4) months thereafter, in accordance with the IH Members' Club Terms & Conditions.

Your Membership Level reflects your qualifying spend with IH over a 12-month period. For new Members, this period begins with your first qualifying purchase. For existing Members, it begins from the launch of the IH Members’ Club.

There are five Membership Levels:

• Member: Under £250
• Insider: £250+
• Pro: £600+
• VIP: £1,200+
• Premier: £3,000+

As your qualifying spend grows, so does your Membership Level.

As your qualifying spend grows, so does your Membership Level.

As you continue to shop with IH, your qualifying spend will automatically progress you through the Membership Levels. When you reach the next threshold, your Membership Level will automatically upgrade, unlocking more exclusive privileges, access and experiences.

Your Membership Level is based on the final value of eligible purchases made during your 12-month qualification period, excluding VAT and delivery charges.

Higher Membership Levels unlock greater Member Privileges and allow you to earn House Credits at a higher rate.
You can view the privileges available at each level on the IH Members' Club page.

Membership Levels and benefits may be updated from time to time, with any material changes communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

You can view your current Membership Level and progress towards the next level by logging into your account and visiting The Clubhouse.

To celebrate the launch of the IH Members’ Club, existing customers have been given an initial Membership Level based on their qualifying spend with IH from 1 January 2026 up to the launch of the Club.

This means you may already start at Insider, Pro, VIP or Inner Circle, depending on your qualifying spend during this period.

Your qualifying spend is measured over a 12-month qualification period.
At the end of your qualification period, your qualifying spend resets to zero, but you keep the Membership Level you've achieved for the next 12 months. During that time, you can work towards maintaining your current level or moving to a higher one.
At the end of that period, your Membership Level will be reviewed based on your qualifying spend and may be maintained, upgraded or downgraded.

Each IH online account is linked to a named account holder. Where the account holder or business purchases products for its employed team, all qualifying spend, House Credits and Membership Levels will be attributed to that account.
If you are self-employed or purchase your own products, we recommend setting up your own account so your purchases and Member rewards remain linked to you.
Depending on the terms of your employment or arrangement with the salon, you may need the account holder’s permission before we are able to approve your Calgel Pro status.

No. House Credits belong to your individual IH Members’ Club account and cannot be transferred to another Member or exchanged for cash.

The IH Members’ Club is linked to your online account. If you no longer wish to participate, you can contact the IH Team to request closure of your account.
Please be aware that closing your account will result in the loss of any unused House Credits, Credit Vouchers, Membership Level and Member Privileges, which cannot be reinstated or transferred.

House Gifts are available while stocks last and may change from time to time. If a particular gift is no longer available, you can keep your House Credits and choose another available reward.

No. If you update the email address while logged into your existing account, your House Credits, Membership Level and Member Privileges will remain with your account.
If you use a different email address to access IH instead, a new account may be created, and your House Credits and Membership Level will not transfer automatically.
If you need help updating your email address, please contact the IH Team.

Members should only have one IH Members’ Club account. If you think you have duplicate accounts, please contact the IH Team and we’ll review them for you.
Where appropriate, duplicate accounts may be merged and your House Credit balance adjusted accordingly.
