A clear topper gel with a fine frosted sparkle. Transform your existing colours by layering over a solid base for added sparkle.
How to use: Use a wooden manicure stick to thoroughly mix gel. Pigment can settle on the bottom of the pot. Layer over your choice of fully cured base colour and cure for 30 seconds or 1 minute (if using as a build layer) and seal with gel top coat for ultimate shine & protection. Can be used for building.
