A magnetic silver fine sparkle gel that transforms to a stunning velvet effect when magnetised. Can also be worn without magnetising for an ultrafine, super sparkle.
Directions: Layer me over a clear base coat and cure the first layer. Magnetise the second layer to desired effect and seal with gel top coat or builder gel.
