PRO COLOUR Celestite Topper
A clear topper gel with ultrafine, iridescent blue/violet sparkle. Transform your existing colours by layering over a solid base. Effect will differ depending on the base colour, the darker the base, the more blue the sparkle will appear.
How to use: Use a wooden manicure stick to thoroughly mix gel. Pigment can settle on the bottom of the pot. Layer over your choice of fully cured base colour and cure for 30 seconds or 1 minute (if using as a build layer) and seal with gel top coat for ultimate shine & protection. Can be used for building.
