Mixing neon powder pigments into your gel couldn't be easier. Choose a colour that matches your neon pigment and create your own custom blended neon gel, or simply mix the pigment in with a clear gel and a dash of white gel, or layer over a base layer of white to really make the colour pop.

• Multi-use neon effect pigment.
• For best results, mix into a clear gel or colour gel 
• Only mix prior to application, or risk of it solidifying
• Can be applied on top of nail polish
