Whisper is semi-sheer, very pale pink with a slightly cool tone and the finest of sparkles when the light hits it. Whisper can be used as a builder gel as well as a cover gel for French manicures or to conceal imperfections.
Can be layered for full coverage & for a deeper colour. This builder gel can be used to extend length through sculpting, adding strength as a structured manicure or for creating a perfect base for colour gel.
